Support.com Cloud® Connect allows customer support representatives to remotely access your iOS device, offering a comprehensive support experience, which includes:

• Reviewing device information and diagnostics
• Configuring WiFi networks and setting up email accounts
• SupportCam™ feature for live Camera feed streaming (only available over Wi-Fi) with annotation capabilities to highlight specific areas
• Screen Share functionality of the Support.com Connect app, enabling co-browsing of webpages and annotation
• Chat messaging capabilities for sending and receiving messages
• Sharing images and screenshots of specific issues
• Ability to push Custom URLs

To utilize Connect, simply enter the connection code provided by your customer service representative, consent by checking the box, and then click Connect.
